After 18 year the woman and man get mature for reproduction but if in the time of menstruation that start from 10 or 11 year when the egg or ova require male sperm for the process of fertilisation,if at that time the eggs get sperm did the process of fertilisation will start or not because woman get mature after 18 year.

Fertilisation is the process of fusion of the male and female gametes. this requires female egg cell which is produced after being mature .Then fertilisation can take place with a sperm cell.
