this is very confusing in bith the cases land and sea is cool and warm how? why? ​

As the air over the land cools , it will drift over the warmer pond. ... Of course you do not have to have steam to have warm water under cool air

land quickly absorbs both warm and cool but water absorbs it slowly.

During afternoon or day time there occurs sea breeze as that time air above the sea remains cool so it rushes towards land which is a low pressure area.

And in night time its vise versa occures.....
