this method of x+y =0 and like this method a this to do 2x-y=9

put x values what u want !!!

like x = -1
than eqn becomes = 2×(-1) - y = 9
=> -2 = y+9
=> y = -11

now , put every values what u want always take one negative also ..

than u got your box filled with numbers and draw the line on graph where it will cuts that will be the solution of this eqn

-2 - y = 9
-y = 9+ 2
y = - 11
( -1 , -11)

x = 0
2 (0)-y =9
0-y =9
y = -9
(0,-9)

x = 1
2 (1)- y =9
2-y = 9
-y = 9-2
y = -7
(1, -7)

x = 2
2 (2) - y = 9
4-y = 9
-y = 9-4
y= -5
(2, -5)
