hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

and don't say this one also please, we r always ready to help u :D

now, come to ur question...

given diameter of the wheel is 70cm, therefore radius of the wheel = 70/2 = 35cm

circumference of the wheel = 2πr

= 2 × 22/7 × 35

= 44 × 5

= 220cm

in metres = 220/100 = 2.2m

we know that 1km = 1000m

therefore 99km = 1000 × 99 = 99000m

hence, no. of revolutions it will make to cover 99km = 99000/220

= 450

it will make 450 revolutions.

hope this helps u..!!

KRAFTICORNS: hey.. circumference is Πd
Anonymous: yes but also 2πr
KRAFTICORNS: thanks
Anonymous: mention not :)
abheshek040202: in the 4th line from below you have taken 220 whcich should have been 2.2 bruh
Anonymous: yeah sorry
abheshek040202: so the answer is 45000
Anonymous: yup

d = 70, r = 35
1 revo = circum = 2*pie*r
                          = 2*22/7*35
                          = 220 cm
dist = 99 km = 9900000 cm
no of revos = total dist / circum
                   = 9900000/220
                   = 45000

Hope this helps
