(i) given:

v = (3 {h}^{2} +  4)^{ \frac{3}{2} } - 8

now differentiate both the side with respect to h

 \frac{dv}{dh}  =  \frac{3}{2} (6h + 4)^{ \frac{1}{2} }  - 0

it can be written as,

at h= 0.6

 \frac{dv}{dh}  =  \frac{3}{2}  \times  \sqrt{6 \times 0.6 + 4}

 \frac{dv}{dh}  = 184.25
