well.. this is really easy.. the only thing is you should know the terms and their meaning.. for example.. reversible changes are the changes which can be converted back into it's original form as before..

example.. wet clothes getting dry.. it's a reversible change as you can make your dry clothes wet again...

for your question no. 2

well wax use to melt when heated because of the temperature..it can be reversed again by cooling the wax as it will become solid again into its original form..

another example of reversible changes can be mixing salt in water... by the method of evaporation , water will evaporate leaving the salt behind.. and hence you get your salt back...

Melting of ice is also a reversible change as it can be freezed once again to make it solid from liquid as before...

A chemical change is in which a new substance is formed.. generally chemical changes are irreversible but there are some exceptions too..
