When partial pressure of CO2 is more then carbaminohaemoglobin gets dissociated at alveoli and CO2 exchange takes place..

When partial pressure of O2 is more then oxyhaemoglobin gets dissociated at tissues and O2 exchange takes place..

And vice - versa...
