the new solid formed would be a cuboid with length 8 cm while the width and height will be 4 .
surface area of cuboid =2( 8*4+4*4+4*8)
=2(32+16+32)
=160 cm²
surface area of cuboid =2( 8*4+4*4+4*8)
=2(32+16+32)
=160 cm²
