when acid and base react they form salt n water. It is clld neutralisation reaction. Aqueous solution are the solution of a compound with liquid and is in semi liquid state

acids and bases when made to react with each cancel or nullify each other effect and produce salt and water. this reaction is called neutralisation reaction. in this reaction a corresponding metal salt and water are produced. we can take example as :
naoh + hcl- nacl + h2o
in the above reaction naoh which is a base reacts with HCl which is an acid to produce a corresponding salt back and water
