Sometimes negative thoughts peeps in our mind, no matter how much we try to stay positive..
In such conditions, how to regain positivity? What's your method to bring it back?
I'm just asking..so just answer casually, no need to spam..

Never think that you are alone in this world and when in your mind some negative thoughts come then think that not only you but with you also many people are there who are not so happy and they also have some negative thoughts . So take out all the negative thoughts out of your mind and just focus on your work. "Time does not remain the same always ".
