it satisfies only in equation
p (x) = x^3 - x^2 + 8x - 4
as p (1) = 1^3 - 1^2 + 8 (1) - 4 = 4
and p (5) = 5^3 - 5^2 + 8 (5) -4
=125 - 25 + 40 - 4 = 136

= 27 - 9 + 24 -4 = 38
