Given Equation is p^2 + 2pq + q^2 - 4.

= > (p + q)^2 - 4

= > (p + q)^2 - 2^2

We know that a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b)

= > ((p + q) + 2)((p + q) - 2)

= > (p + q + 2)(p + q - 2).

(39). Given Equation is 25 - x^6 + 4x^3y^3 - 4y^6

= > (x^3 - 2y^3 - 5) - (5 + x^3 - 2y^3).

Hope this helps!
