=> 2(l+b) = 144,

=> l+b = 72,

also given that,

b:l = 9:27= 9x,27x,

therefore,27x + 9x = 72,

=> 36x = 72,

=> x = 2.

therefore breadth and length of rectangular field are 18 & 54 respectively.
