This view allows you to view the data from the table but not to change any layout of the report is datasheet view.

• In the datasheet view, one can see the data arranged in rows and columns and edit it (if needed). However, it is not possible to alter the layout of the report using this tool.
• In the design view, one can set up a database and change the table.  It gives a more detailed structure and changes can be performed very easily.
