Answer:

In software engineering and systems engineering, a functional requirement defines a function of a system or its component, where a function is described as a specification of behavior between inputs and outputs.

In systems engineering and requirements engineering, a non-functional requirement is a requirement that specifies criteria that can be used to judge the operation of a system, rather than specific behaviors. They are contrasted with functional requirements that define specific behavior or functions.

Domain requirements reflect the environment in which the system operates so, when we talk about an application domain we mean environments such as train operation, medical records, e-commerce etc. Domain requirements may be expressed using specialised domain terminology or reference to domain concepts.

23 Inverse Requirements - 1 • They explain what the system shall not do. Many people find it convenient to describe their needs in this manner • These requirements indicate the indecisive nature of customers about certain aspects of a new software product.
