b)9409(same as 1st one)

=94,09

now we have 09

we know last digit of 7and 3s square are 9.the last digit will be 7 or 3. we will find it leter.

now 1st 2digit 94 is near to the square of 9. (remember always take small no than the actual one)

9is the 1st digit.

now multiple 9with next no 10

9*10=90

(now remember here we got 90 which is smaller than 94. so we take 3as last digit. if the multiplying result is greater then actual then take greater no as last digit)
