Answer: 15 Years old

Step-by-step explanation:

Thomas + James = 32

Oliver has age either equal to Thomas or equal to the age of James. 8 years ago, Oliver was 9  years old. So, the present age of Oliver is 17 Years. As James is younger than Thomas, so if I take the age of James 17 Years, then the age of Thomas will be 15 Years (but this case can not be possible as James is Younger than Thomas).

So, the age of James = 15 Years and the age of Thomas = 17 Years.
