The Slaters and the Jordans didn't have any difference between them. Both were greedy. They only wanted the money and property of their grandfather. They didn't even shed a single drop off tears for their grandfather who was misunderstood to be dead. But atlast when the grandfather knew the real fact and saw his daughters real face, he decided not give a single penny to them. This justifies the statement.

Hope it helps:D
