Money should not bias a doctor when providing medical care. The standards should be high and the same for everyone. If you show up at the emergency room, do you want them to go through your pockets before they give you the real drugs to ease you pain? No doubt, people with money can get better coverage, and may get improved preventive medical care, than someone on a budget who may delay in getting treatment. But the standards of medical care should be the same for all.
