Though bacteria and amoeba are unicellular they are different from each other in many ways.
*Bacteria is a prokaryotic whereas Amoeba is a Eukaryote.
*Bacteria-cell wall present,Amoeba-cell wall absent.
*They belong to different Kingdoms. Bacteria belongs to kingdom Monera while Amoeba belongs to kingdom Protista.
*Bacteria does not have a nucleus.Amoeba has nucleus.
