though its not shown in the video but the 1st polar body does divides into 2 polar bodies at the time of 2nd meiotic division in oogenesis.... can you please explain the significance of this 2nd mitotic division in 1st polar body???

This question is very conflicting. But Yeah your question is very logical.
At the end of 1st meosis 1 polar body is formed by unequal division of 1° oocyte. the term unequal means .. The newly formed 2° Oocyte takes away a large amount of Cytoplasm with it and that why appear large, while on other hand 1st poler body get a very less portion of cytoplam and thus it don't have enough energy to initiate and complete the 2nd meosis.
