✨The short story by Saki { Hector hugh Munro } is a satire on The upper class English women . It was Mrs packletides pleasure and intention that she should shoot a tiger . For this she arranged a tiger shoot in the neighbouring village that could boast of being the owner of a old and fragile tiger who was forced to abandon game killing and limit it's appetite to small domesticated animals .
✨But inspire of so many preparations and expenditures , the hunt went off without a hitch of real adventure . As she was not a good shot and indeed shot the bait ( goat ) and the tiger succumbed to heart failure .thus , little did she face the press and photo shoots but with a light heart as there was no sense of achievement at all .
