Answer:

This question is taken from the lesson “As I Grew Older” written by Langston Hughes . A big wall of discrimination and racism which was created by the whites was  blocking the poet from accomplishing his dream. The dream the poet was hoping to recapture was to bring an end to racism and bring freedom and  justice to the world . This poem teaches us that we have obstacles stopping us from reaching our dreams.  My dream is to become a doctor so that I can cure poor people at no cost . I would start my own help centre. I will achieve by working very hard and I will look forward to it so that I will accomplish my goals against all odds .
