It is true that public sector undertakings incur huge losses and are a drain on the economy but without its presence we can't imagine the comforts and advantages that we receive, such as:

  • Public sector is responsible for the health facilities that every citizen can get at a cheaper price.
  • It is required for developing the infrastructure of basic human needs such as roads, bridges, supply of electricity.
  • It provides basic facilities at a cheaper rate to all.
