though Punjabi is having highest per capita income why it is not most developed state
pls answer pls :)​

because they wast all their money on eating shopping and many more instead of making this the most developed state

This is because they spend their money for the things that they do not need or more than need means they spend their money in shopping and in things like that. They do not save it or do not try to spend it in property which can benificial for them in future..

But every one is not like that remind it......
