though the compounds such as glucose and alcohol have hydrogen atoms in their molecule yet they are not categorised as acid why​

Explanation:Though glucose and alcohol have hydrogen as one of its constituents but when these compounds are dissolved in water then they don't release H+ ions and hence these are not acidic. Actually these are non polar covalent compounds.
