hey user here is ur answer....
the insensitive use of loudspeakers has become quite a nuisance in our cities. The most annoying thing is that loudspeakers have now become an integral part of almost all celebrations. People seem to believe that even private occasions like marriages and birthday parties could be incomplete without the blaring of loudspeakers.
Noise pollution is already one of the greatest problems that people living in cities have to deal with. The excessive use of loudspeakers makes it even worse. I see no justification in using them during every party or meeting.
The worst hit by this improper use of loudspeakers are the elderly and the children. Due to the excessive noise, the elderly cannot sleep properly and the children cannot concentrate on their studies. It is high time the authorities did something to regulate the use of loudspeakers..........hope it may help u.....#MB

Answer:

Insensitive use of loudspeakers

Festivals are a time of joy everyone look forward to each year. Festivals are a part of our personal, religious, and social life. The problem is not celebration of festivals, but the manner in which they are celebrated. Most of the important festivals are celebrated using loudspeakers at high volume throughout the day and all night long. There are many restaurants, cafes and night clubs where loud music is played late into the night in the name of birthday celebrations and parties.

These are all public disturbance and a major cause of noice pollution. Noise pollution is known to cause headache, irritation, and other health problems. We must have consideration for the sick people as well as children and infants who need to rest and sleep properly.

They disturb the sleep of the public. It interfere with the students studying for exams or doing their homeworks. The irresponsible use of loudspeakers will adversely affect their performance in exams and their future career.

The Supreme Court has banned the unauthorised use of loudspeakers. Therefore, the use of loudspeakers and loud music should be strictly checked in residential areas and defaulters severely penalised.
