Answer:

volume \: of \: cuboid \:  = l \times b \times h

area \: of \:  \: base \:  = volume \div height

now

88 = 440 \div h

88h = 440

h = 440 \div 88

h = 5cm

Answer:

\large{\underline{\boxed{\sf\blue{Height \:of \:cuboid = 5 \: cm}}}}

Given:-

\bullet\sf Volume \: of \: cuboid = <strong>4</strong><strong>4</strong><strong>0</strong><strong>\</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong><strong>c</strong><strong>m</strong><strong>^</strong><strong>3</strong><strong> </strong><strong>\</strong><strong>\</strong><strong>\</strong><strong>\</strong>\bullet\sf Area \:of \:base = 88 \: cm^2

To find:-

\bullet\sf Height \:of \: cuboid = ?

We know,

\star{\boxed{\sf\green{Volume_{cuboid} = Area \: of \: base \times Height }}}

  • Putting values:-

\Rightarrow\sf 440 = 88 \times height \\\\\\\Rightarrow\sf Height = \cancel{\dfrac{440}{80}} \\\\\\\Rightarrow\large{\boxed{\boxed{\sf\red{ Height = 5 \:cm}}}}

\star\: {\boxed{\sf\blue{Height \: of \:  cuboid = 5 \: cm }}}
