Given that....three angles are equal

w=x=y

Fourth angle = twice any of the angle

z=2x

Angle sum of quadrilateral=360

w+x+y+z=360

x+x+x+2x=360

5x=360

x=360/5

x=72

2x=2*72

2x=144

Therefore the angle are 72,72,72 and 144
