Answer:

First add all the ratios together

3 + 4 + 8 = 15

Then, divide 180 by 15

180 ÷ 15 = 12

Now,

Multiply 12 by all the numbers in the ratio

12 × 3 = 36, 12 × 4 = 48, 12 × 8 = 96

Thus we got the answer

36 : 48 : 96 = 180°

That is,

3 : 4 : 8 = 180°

Given question -:

Three angles which add upto 180° are in the ratio 3: 4: 8. Find them

let's try to solve the question

let the three angles be

3x \: 4x \: and  \:  8x

Now

3x + 4x + 8x = 180 \\  { \: according \: to \: question} \\

3x + 4x + 8x = 180

7x + 8x = 180

15x = 180

x = \frac{180}{15}

x = 12

Thus x = 12 so,

3x = 3  \times 12 = 36

4x = 4 \times 12 = 48

8x = 8 \times 12 = 96

Hope this will help you

Thank you ..
