Take L.C.M of all..
36 = 2^2×3^2
40 = 2^3×5
48 = 2^4×3
l.c.m = 2^5×3^2×5
=720 seconds.
1 seconds = 1/60 minutes
720 seconds = 720/60min.
=12 min.
