STEP 1
consider the all the blocks in the big circle first in order to find the acceleration
F = ma
36 = 18 ×a
a=36/18
a=2 m/s²
STEP 2:
36 - T 1 = 10×2
T 1= 36 -20 =16 N
STEP 3:
T2 =ma
T2 = 5 ×a
T 2 = 10 N
RATIO OF T 1 AND T 2
T 1/T2 =16/10 =1.6 N
