Answer:

Akash alone will complete that work in 120 minutes.

Step-by-step explanation:

These kind of question are cakewalk if you only know the method of approaching this question and some basic conversion of the unit of time from hours to days, days to seconds, etc etc. So, everytime you come across this kind of question take the total work done to be 1 and then solve further according to the conditions. Let's solve this one using the things said above.

Let the total work done = 1 (actually, you can also take this thing into percetntages,if you are very comfortable with it, that's the type of method used in competitive exams)

Now of the total work i.e 1, these three boys took 20 minutes to complete the work, so work completed by these three guys in one minute will be 1/20 (using simple logic : work/ time = 1/20)

Now, their individual work (in one minute) will be :

Aniket 1/40

Anubhav 1/60

And Akash 1/x (Let the time taken by Akash be x minutes)

Their combined work :

1/40 + 1/60 + 1/x = 1/20

Now bring all the known values together to make it easier to solve,

1/40 + 1/60 - 1/20 = - 1/x

Now make the denominators equal or just take lcm,

3/120 + 2/120 - 6/120 = - 1/x

Since the denominators are same,we can simply add the numerators,

3 + 2 - 6 / 120 = - 1/x

5 - 6 / 120 = - 1/x

- 1/120 = - 1/x

1/120 = 1/x

Cross multiplying,

x = 120
