Let Rs.X and Rs.Y be the cost of a chair and a table respectively.

Then,by question

3X+2Y=1095--------(1)

Again,

5X+4Y=1985--------(2)

Multiplying 2 in equation(1) and subtracting (1) from(2),we get,

5X+4Y-6X-4Y=1985-2190

or -X=-215

or X=215

Using the value of X in equation (1)we get,

3×215+2Y=1095

or Y=(1095-645)/2

or Y=225

Therefore cost of one chair and one table are respectively Rs.215 and Rs.225.
