As all the three charges have same magnitude they will exert same force on each other. The equivalent force on a charge due to other two charges will be,

F_{eq} = \sqrt{F^{2} + F^{2} + 2 F.F cos 60  }

F_{eq} = \sqrt{F^{2} + F^{2} + F^{2}  }

     (∵cos60 = \frac{1}{2} )

F_{eq} = \sqrt{3F^{2}}

F_{eq} = \sqrt{3}F
