Area of rubber band will be the circumference of three circle
Radius are same,
circumference of one =2pieR
For three=3*2pieR
6pieR.
Radius are same,

Thank you for asking but it is like covering all the three circles as in all the three circles are inside it and the rubber band is touching the point on the circle
