here's your answer...

let the 3 consecutive integers be x,x+1,x+2.

sum of them is 51.

x+x+1+x+2=51

3x+3=51

3x=51-3

3x=48.

x=48/3

x=16.

3 consecutive integers are

x=16

x+1=17

x+2=18.

Integers are 16,17,18.

According to the question, 

Sum of s, s+1, s+2  is 51.

s+s+1+s+2=51

3s+3=51

3s=51-3

3s=48.

s=48/3

s=16.

3 consecutive integers are 

s=16

s+2=18.

Hence,

The Continuous Integers required are 16,17,18.
