Let the three numbers be: x-1, x and x+1.

-Therefore, x-1 + x + x+1 =3x = 39

-Hence x, the middle number is 13

- The other two numbers are 12 and 14.

Let the 3 consecutive integers be,

x, (x+1), (x+2)

according to question,

x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 39

3x + 3 = 39

3x = 39 - 3

3x = 36

x = 36/3

x = 12

substituting value of x to find the integers,

1st number = 'x' = 12

2nd number = (x+1) = 12 + 1 = 13

3rd number = (x+2) = 12 + 2 = 14
