Answer:

Let, the 1st consecutive integer be x.

then, the 2nd consecutive integer = x+1

and, the 3rd consecutive integer = x+2

according to question,

x+x+1+x+2=51

3x+3=51

3x=51-3

3x=51

x=51/3

x=17

Hence the integers are x=17, x+1=17+1=18 and x+2=17+2=18

Hence the integers ate 17, 18 and 19

lLet three consecutive integers be x,x+1 and x+2

Three consecutive integers add up to 51.

x+x+1+x+2 = 51

3x+3 = 51

3(x+1) = 51

x+1 = 51/3

x+1 = 17

x = 17-1

x = 16

x = 16

x+1 = 16+1 = 17

x+2 = 16+2 = 18

The three consecutive integers are 16,17 and 18
