Let the integers be

x

x+1

x+2

Therefore,

x*3=3x

4(x+1)=4x+4

5(x+2)=5x+10

Sum of numbers

3x+4x+4+5x+10=386

12x+14=386

12x=386-14

12x=372

x=372/12

x=31

Therefore, the numbers are

x=31

x+1=31+1=32

x+2=31+2=33

Hence the numbers are 31, 32, 33.
