Let the smallest integer be x.
The numbers are x, x+1 and x+2.
Given that
2x + 3(x+1) + 4(x+2) = 74
or, 2x + 3x + 3 + 4x + 8 = 74
or, 9x + 11 = 74
or, 9x = 74 - 11
or, 9x = 63
or, x =7

Hope it helps!

Let the three integars be x,x+1,x+2

then according to question-:

2x + 3(x + 1) + 4(x + 2) = 74

2x + 3x + 3 + 4x + 8 = 74

9x + 11 = 74

9x = 74 - 11

9x = 64

x = 63 \div 9

x = 7

so,the first integer =7

second integer=(x+1)=7+1=8

third integar = (x+2)=7+2=9
