let three consecutive integers be x, x+1, x+2

Increasing order of them :
x, x+1, x+2
multiplied by 2,3 and 4 respectively
2x, 3(x+1), 4(x+2)
2x, 3x+3, 4x+8
Given, these no. add up to 75
2x+3x+3+4x+8=74
9x= 74-11
9x= 63
x=7

The required integers are 7,8,9

ATQ, Let take first consecutive integer = 2x
Second consecutive integer = 3x
Third consecutive integer = 4x
Their sum = 74

ATP = 2x + 3x + 4x = 74
Implies that 9x = 74
Implies that x=74 /9
Implies that x=8 2/9
