Let the number in the middle = x
Then, the smaller number = x - 1
          the larger number = x + 1
Given,
            3 * ( x ) = x - 1 + x + 1 + 11
            3x = 2x + 11
             x = 11
∴ The required consecutive numbers are 10, 11, 12.

Answer:

Let the number be X.

Then the middle number be X+1 And largest number be X+2 . Then 3(X+1) = X+X+2+11

3x+3=2x+13

3x-2x=13-3

X=10

X+1= 10+1=11

X+2=10+2=12

Hence the three consecutive numbers are 10,11 and 12
