for 2nd cube:4*10*10=400cm*cm
for 3rd cube :5*10*10=500cm*cm
total=1400cm*cm

if 3 cubes are joined end to end , a cuboid is formed

Dimensions of the new cuboid,

length = 10 + 10 + 10 = 30 cm
breadth = 10cm
height = 10cm


Surface area
= 2( lb + bh + lh )
= 2 ( 300 + 100 + 300) cm
= 2( 700)
= 1400cm²
