Answer:

Given

We melt 3 cubes of side 3cm, 4cm, 5cm

Volume of cube =a³

After melt the cube the total volume we

=3³+4³+5³=27+64+125=216cm³

The sum of volume of all three cubes = volume of new cube

Sum of volume 216cm³

So volume of new cube =216cm³

Side =A

A³=216cm³

a = \sqrt[3]{216}a=

3

216

A=6cm

Question

Three cubes each of side 3cm, 4cm, 5cm are melted to form a new cube. Find the side length of the new cube?

Given

  • Three cubes each sides 3cm, 4cm, 5cm are melted to from a new cube.

Find

  • Side Length of new cube ?

Solution

★ After meeting the cube Volume will be 3³ + 4³ +5³

= 27 + 64 + 125

= 216 cm³

so,

volume of cube = a³

\sf → 216 = a³

\sf → 3\sqrt{216}=a

\sf →\sqrt{6×6×6}=a

\sf → 6 = a

Hence

  • The side length of the cone is 6cm
