Solutions :-

Given :
Three cubes of metal with edges 3cm, 4cm and 5cm are melted to form single cube.

Find the Volume of all the three cubes :-

Volume of cube = (edge)³ cu. units

i) (3 cm)³ = 27 cm³

ii) (4 cm)³ = 64 cm³

iii) (5 cm)³ = 125 cm³

Sum of volume of the three cubes
= (27 + 64 + 125) cm³
= 216 cm³

Hence,
The volume of new cube = 216 cm³

Dear ,

Your Answer is ; 216 cm^3

• Step by Step Explanation ;-
✧══════•❁❀❁•══════✧

It is given that the three cubes of metal with the edges 3cm , 4 cm and 5cm respectively are melted to form a single cube.

Now ,
Finding the volume of all three cubes ;-

We know that ;-
Volume of Cube = {edge}^3 qu. units.

So ,

(i) = > (3cm)^{3} = 27cm^{3}
(ii) = > (4cm)^{3} = 64cm^{3}
(iii) = > (5cm)^{3} = 125cm^{3}

Now ,
Total of the volume of the three cubes ;-

 = > (27 + 64 + 125)cm^{3}

 = > 216cm^{3}

Therefore ,
216 cm^3 is the volume of the new cube.
