In the first figure, field lines are originating from A and ending in B and we know that one of the property of magnetic field lines is:

Field lines originate from North pole of a magnet and end at its South pole, by convention.

And therefore, we conclude that A is north pole and B is south pole.

In second and third figures, field lines are ending in C, D, E, and F poles, therefore, they all are south poles.
