When three dice are rolled simultaneously, the total number of possible outcomes is

6 X 6 X 6 = 216

Because each dice has 6 different possible outcomes.

Now coming to triplets, there are 6 triplets which are 111, 222, 333, 444, 555 and 666 when rolling three dice.

Hence the probability of getting triplet in all three is 6/216 = 1/36 = 0.028 (rounded to three decimals)
