Eukaryotic-
1) Size of cell is generally large.
2) A distinct nucleus is present which is surrounded by nuclear membrane.
3) Membrane bound cell organelles are present.
4) Nucleolus is present.
Example- plants and animals.
Prokaryotic-
1) Size of cell is generally small.
2) A true nucleus absent. DNA lies directly in the cytoplasm.
3) Membrane bound cell organelles are absent.
4) Nucleolus is absent.
Example- bacteria, blue-green algae, etc.

➡️➡️PROKAROTES
1))PROKARYOTIC CELLS ARE THOSE CELLS WHICH HAVE NUCLEAR MATERIAL WITHOUT NUCLEUS.
2))ANIMALS WITH PROKARYOTIC CELLS ARE CALLED PROKARYOTES.
3))EX : BLUE AND GREEN ALGAE.....
➡️➡️EUKARYOTED
1))EUKARYOTIC CELLS ARE THOSE CELLS WHICH HAVR NUCLEAR MATERIAL WITH NUCLEUS.
2))ANIMALS WITH EUKARYOTIC CELLS ARE CALLED EUKARYOTES.
3))EX : HUMANS , AMOEBA ETC.
