- RNA contains ribose but DNA contains deoxyribose.
- One nitrogenous base is only in DNA that is thymine. And One nitrogenous base is only in RNA that is uracil.

RNA stands for Ribonucleic acid. It is present inside the cells a nucleic acid molecule similar to DNA but containing ribose instead of deoxyribose. It is single-straded.
